Start Using

To start using our service you'll need to:

1. Contact us using one of the following methods:
   1. e-mail us at customerservice@informatel.com with your name and details.
   2. Send us an SMS to 1300 879 767 (1300 TRY SMS) with your name (currently only available to Telstra customers).
   3. Call us on 1300 879 767
2. We will then discuss your needs with you and answer any questions you might have.
3. You will then be asked to fill in two documents:
   1. Informatel New Service Form. This is so we can set you up in our systems.
   2. If you do not have an existing 13/1300 service with Telstra you will need to fill in a Telstra New Inbound Service Application Form.
   3. Or, if you do have an existing 13/1300 service with Telstra you need to fill in a Telstra Change Request Document so that you can use this number to receive SMS.
4. Complete and return those forms to us via fax (03) 9416 1243 or snail mail to 187 Johnston Street, Fitzroy, VIC 3065 and we'll forward the request to Telstra. If Telstra have any questions regarding the information you have provided they will contact you directly.
5. Telstra will then inform us when your service has been connected and we will let you know your service is ready for use. You will then be able to login to this site and purchase credits using our secure, online payment system. Please refer to our Pricing page for more information on our charges.
6. You service will then be active.
